This is a Harvey Replacement Bay Window. The new unit is white solid vinyl on the outside and a combination of white vinyl and Birch in the interior. The glass is double pane with a Low-E coating and Argon Gas. Harvey offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all its products. Please call for details.

The original unit, installed at the time the home was built, was a Bow Window. It was constructed from wood and single pane glass. Each pane was an individual piece of glass. Each edge of glass creates an opportunity for air infiltration. Multiplying 15 panes having four sides each created 60 opportunities for the heat to escape during the winter and A/C to escape during the summer.
